These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cardinal Oasis website and the home organizing services we provide across Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley. By using this site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Cardinal Oasis offers professional home organizing, including whole-home organizing, closets and pantries, garages, move-in and unpacking, home offices, and virtual organizing. Any prices shown on this site are starting estimates. Your final quote depends on the size, condition, and scope of your project and is confirmed with you before work begins.
Consultations and quotes
A consultation is a chance to understand your goals and your space. Any recommendations, timelines, or price ranges we share are estimates, not guarantees, until they are confirmed in a written quote.
Scheduling and cancellations
We confirm the date, time, and scope of your project with you before we begin. Any deposit, cancellation, or rescheduling terms will be confirmed with you when you book. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule so we can offer the time to another client.
Your responsibilities
To help your project go smoothly, please provide safe access to the spaces we will work in and let us know about any hazards, pets, or areas that are off limits. You make the final decisions about what to keep, donate, sell, or discard. We can guide and recommend, but we will never remove or dispose of anything without your approval.
Your belongings and liability
We handle your belongings with care and respect. Organizing involves moving and sorting personal items, so please identify valuable, fragile, irreplaceable, or hazardous items in advance so we can handle them appropriately. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cardinal Oasis is not liable for ordinary wear, pre-existing damage, or loss of items not disclosed to us, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.
Donations and disposal
If you ask us to help with donations or disposal, we will make reasonable efforts to handle items as agreed. We are not responsible for the policies, availability, or receipts of any donation center or disposal service.
Photos and marketing
With your permission, we may take before and after photos of your project for our records and, if you agree separately, to show our work. We will not use images that identify you or your home without your consent.
Payment
Payment terms, accepted methods, and any deposit are confirmed with your quote. Payment is due as agreed for the services provided.
Confidentiality
We treat your home, your belongings, and your personal situation as confidential, and we approach every project without judgment.
No professional advice
Our services are limited to home organizing. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and nothing on this site should be taken as such.
Website use
This website is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but content, prices, and availability may change without notice. This site is currently in development and some details are placeholders pending confirmation.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
